Asia’s Women’s Who’s Who · What Jelita honours

Look at her whole story.

What does she create? Who grows because she is there? What becomes possible through her leadership? Our assessment looks at the full value of a woman’s contribution—not appearance, wealth or a polished résumé.

Fair across generations

Context matters. Standards still matter.

A 24-year-old and a 64-year-old should not be expected to have lived the same amount of life. The panel looks for the depth of contribution possible within each woman’s age, opportunities, responsibilities and circumstances.

Possible contribution areas

Many ways to move life forward.

These areas help nominators describe real contribution. They are prompts, not a checklist, and a woman does not need to work for an organisation or fit a formal framework.

Livelihoods

Better work and food

Employment, farming, food security, local trade and sustainable enterprise.

People

Education, health and care

Learning, wellbeing, caregiving, family support and access to opportunity.

Communities

Inclusion and resilience

Neighbourhood strength, equality, heritage, environment and shared progress.

What we do not score

Her worth is not a financial statement.

Income, personal wealth, business size, job title, appearance and social media popularity are not scoring criteria. A woman working a farm, stall, home, workshop, clinic, school, office or boardroom is considered by the same principle: what positive difference does her contribution make?
